UnitedHealthcare has Announced Open Enrollment

TO: All National Representatives, Assistant National Representatives and Local Lodge Officers

Dear Sisters and Brothers:

UnitedHealthcare has announced the open enrollment for Group Policy GA-23111 for Former Railroad Employees and their Dependents, starting November 1 through December 31, 2024. The next open enrollment for this policy will not be held until November-December 2026 for an effective date of January 1, 2027.

Eligible railroad retirees or former railroad employees and/or their dependents who meet one of the following criteria can apply for coverage effective January 1, 2025:

1. Were previously covered under any railroad health plan and were represented by a Railway Labor Organization or

2. Were members in accordance with the constitution or by-laws of a participating Railway Labor Organization at the time coverage under their applicable group health plan ended.

Anyone who is interested and qualifies for coverage can obtain a plan description and enrollment information by contacting the toll-free numbers on the attached Important Announcement or by visiting www.yourtracktohealth.com.
