Celebrating the Season: A Recap of Our TCU Holiday Party
The holiday season at New Jersey Transit is always a time of joy, camaraderie, and celebration. This year was no exception as we came together for our spectacular 4th annual TCU holiday party that truly captured the spirit of the season.
The event was a delightful blend of festive decorations, delectable treats, and, most importantly, the warm company of our incredible TCU community. Held at Galloping Hill Caterers on December 15, 2023, our team came dressed in their holiday best, spreading cheer and embracing the holiday spirit.
The evening kicked off with a burst of excitement as colleagues greeted each other with warmth and laughter, sharing stories and catching up on the year gone by. The room was adorned with twinkling lights, colorful ornaments, and a magnificent holiday tree that served as the perfect backdrop for our celebrations.
The festivities were in full swing with a variety of activities planned to engage everyone. From classic holiday tunes that had us tapping our feet to lively games that sparked friendly competition, there was never a dull moment. The highlight of the evening was presenting Anthony Stevens with a certificate of appreciation for his 20 years of dedication as the Local Chairman of TCU.
Of course, no holiday party is complete without delicious food, and our TCU party didn’t disappoint. The spread was a gastronomic delight, featuring a wide array of savory dishes and mouthwatering desserts that catered to every taste bud.
However, beyond the decorations and entertainment, what truly made the night memorable was the sense of togetherness and community spirit that filled the air. It was heartwarming to see colleagues from different departments come together, forging stronger bonds and creating lasting memories.
As the night drew to a close, there was a collective feeling of gratitude and appreciation for each other's contributions throughout the year. The TCU holiday party served not only as a celebration of the season but also as a moment to reflect on the wonderful team we have and the accomplishments we've achieved together.
